If you are facing any issues using the website follow the guide below to resolve them.

It says that an account already exists with my email address
This means that at some point your address was used to sign up to the grinds service. Search your inbox for any emails from grinds@tcdsu.org. You should be able to find a password to your account sent to you in one of those emails. If you can't find your password contact the Technical Officer (see below).

It says my password hasn't been emailed to me
Aside from this small error your advert has been created. You should take note of the password as it is on screen.

If you cannot solve your issue then please email the Technical Officer at technical@tcdsu.org. When sending the email please be sure to include the exact text of any error message you've received and also note what web browser (Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari, etc.) and operating system (Windows, Mac OS X, etc.) you're using.
